La Joya Costa Rica Properties is an affiliation of investors, development professionals, and resort experts organized to acquire and develop high-quality Costa Rica real estate properties. Our mission is to create profitable opportunities for our customers to experience Costa Rica travel and adventure. As is often the case, a fun-filled Costa Rica vacation led to return trips and a thriving adventure.

The principals in the project have extensive experience in the areas of property investment, construction, and development in Alaska, Oregon, Montana, and Southern California.

Currently the La Joya Costa Rica Properties team is working on projects in Nosara, Marbella, and La Fortuna (Arenal).
